Today’s Car is a 1996 Chevrolet Caprice Wagon and it is owned by Eric Reuben. It is finished in Bright White sporting Cragar S/S Super Sport Wheels in Chrome and BF Goodrich T/As tires. Powered by the LT1, 5.7 L, 350 cubic inch, 260HP, with dual exhaust which was standard for the wagon. Same engine that was used in the police package. Transferring that power through a 4-speed 4L60 (TH700R4) automatic transmission with overdrive. It is now considered to be one of the finest overdrive automatic transmissions ever produced.
This is a very clean car and looks amazing. It will do very well at the weekly Cars and Coffee circuit. I like the looks of it in white compared to the wagons with it’s phony wood side trim like the Buick Roadmasters. Thanks for riding along. Frank
