Today’s car is a 1933 Buick 3 window Business Coupe and it is finished with a Cream body, Beige fenders and top. Designed at the direction of Harley Earl, I saw this car at the Marina Cars and Coffee as it drove through on its way to a car show. It is powered by a 230.4 cu in, 3.8 L. with a 2-barrel Marvel updraft carburetor, in line 8 cylinder engine producing 86 hp and transferring that power through a 3-speed synchromesh manual transmission. Helping slow this baby down are 4 wheel mechanical brakes. Original MSRP was $995.00 – $1,115.00. The total number of 1933 Bricks produced were 46,924 of which 1,321 were Business Coupes.
This is a great restoration and sure to get the attention at car shows. Thanks for riding along. Frank
